Domino

Domino began in the mid nineties playing jungle and drum and bass around the London party scene, then went on to complete an Audio Music Technology degree where he bumped into Vigi and Nectarios who helped to introduce him to the sound that is breakbeat.

Working alongside DJ Haze in 2002 he began to hone his breaks production where they wrote their first track 'Rambo Whip' which was to be released on i-lectric. Since then he has worked as a solo artist in the breaks scene.

His music has been championed by the ever successful breaks DJ, and club night organiser, Jurassik, Supatronix. In more recent months, Domino has come second in StepSines remix competition, organised through nuskoolbreaks.co.uk, and he has had the track released on Stepsine's ‘Vadim Shantor’ CD Album.

Domino's track 'Skinstripper', forthcoming on Ground Level, is being played by many DJ's including 'Break the Box', StepSine and P-Dub. Domino has been the cause of much talk on the ‘up and coming’ breaks scene and has earned respect from high flyers such as Cut La Roc. Domino draws his sound from a Drum & Bass perspective fusing jungle roots with Nu-Skool Breaks.
